I'm So Incited (Foucault Query)

Anyone know of models of Foucault's incitement to discourse applied to other modes? Instead of incitement to talk ceaselessly about something (in his case, sex) in order to manage difference, I'm looking for management of difference through incitement to do things beside talk -- act, move, be seen, touch, feel...? Academic, artisitc, or practical applications all equally of interest.
